Hand forged spoon-knife cuts lightly and leaves a smooth finish across or with the grain. Inner bevel ground flat for sharpening with shallow convex outside bevel. Size is appropriate for eating and cooking spoons.

5” long Handle split and carved with a draw-knife from Paper Birch. Leather blade cover with machine sewn welt included.

Each handmade blade is forged and ground for high performance. The steel is hard but not brittle and it sharpens easily.

Blade approximately 2.5” long x 1/8” thick tapering to 1/16” at the tip - 7.5” including handle. UHB26c3 steel (1.2%C) hardened to 63/64 HRC. Made in the USA (Blade in pictures is right handed)
